The Zelnick Group offers individual and group consulting on a retainer basis with carefully selected clients to harness corrosive conflict and unleash creative opportunity. Michel generally works with partners, families, and groups so that they may develop the skills and perspectives needed to think clearly and act wisely to resolve interpersonal conflict. Barbara's practice focuses more on mentoring individual business people through their professional transition issues.
Michel
holds advanced degrees in law, accounting and psychotherapy. He has worked, as
a CEO, attorney, business consultant, and CPA, for private, public, and family enterprises in a range of industries – including manufacturing, medical services, software, and transportation – and as a
licensed marriage and family therapist.
Barbara holds advanced degrees in business and psychotherapy. She has worked in public and privately held technology firms in public relations and corporate marketing for over twenty years, as well as having practiced as a licensed marriage and family therapist.
Based on the background and experience of the Zelnick Group's principals, clients are served from both a business and psychological perspective. The integration of these two ways of thinking allow for the development and application of creative approaches to help solve client people problems.
