Based on the Zelnick Group’s Four Elements of Alignment model, the Personality Insight Program consists of four modules that give our clients “special glasses” to:
- Reveal the systems that people use to organize their lives
- Understand and manage their own perspectives
- Learn how to identify other people’s systems
- Understand how to effectively connect and communicate with others
- Learn how to influence and be influenced by others
- Apply these skills to achieve success
The Personality Insight Program provides the framework for people to take an organized approach to intra- and inter-personal dynamics so that they can focus on the task in front of them instead of struggling with “people problems”.

Personality Insight Program
The Personality Insight Program is formulated on the principle that a person’s life and career goals should be based on his or her key fundamental psychological and personality elements. There is little point in developing a plan without stepping back and making the investment to gain an organized understanding of one’s self. Consequently, time is taken on the front end of the program to develop a unique personality map from which a course forward is charted. Put another way, we develop a “geological map” of our client’s personal terrain and then together determine where best to “drill or mine.”
The Program itself consists of four modules or phases, each focused on developing insight and skills around specific domain areas of interpersonal dynamics, including:
- Personality and temperament
- Decision-making and communication dynamics
- Personality profile
- Personal or organizational road map
Clients develop an understanding and command of these concepts with which they can:
- Build and use customized personal, relationship, and career “road maps”
- Effectively lead, influence, and collaborate with others
- Experience connection with themselves and the people around them
